Court Rental:

1.  If the court booking is not made through our website, court rental fee must be received at least 24 hours before your booking time, or the court will be cancelled. All booking cancellation and/or refund will require a 24 hours notice.
2. Only proper badminton shoes are allowed on our courts. 
3. The club is not responsible for any injury, losses, and damages incurred during the use of facilities or participating in activities.
4. The maximum number of people is 6 for one court.
5. Non-club coaches or multi-shuttle training are not allowed at the club.
6. Please keep the courts clean, any drink and food are not allowed in the courts.
7. Please change your shoes before entering the club.
8. Lost and found items will only be kept for 2 weeks.
9. Smoking or e-cigarettes is not allowed in the club.
10. Pets are not allowed in the club.
11. We will adjust your court numbers according to the specific operational situation.

Private lesson & Team Training:

1. All courses are non-transferable.
2. All courses are non-refundable.
3. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation. Otherwise, the club still deducts one lesson fee.
4. The club is not responsible for any injury, losses, and damages incurred during the use of facilities or participating in activities..
5. Parents or students will be notified if the club changes any original lessons, otherwise, the lessons will be held at the original time. All holidays and festivals are also included. In case of absence, the club still deducts one lesson fee.
6. The package of all team training must be utilized within the designed time. If the make-up lessons cannot be completed during the time, it will be considered as a waiver and no make-up anymore..
7. The team training discount is only applicable to the purchase of the whole semester.
8. Coaches could not be designated across levels. The club will arrange a private coach appropriately according to the student’s level.

Entry into the club premises will be construed as explicit agreement to the above terms and conditions. The club has all the rights to interpret the above terms and conditions. Thank you.
