Court Rental:
- If the court booking is not made through our website, court rental fee must be received at least 24 hours before your booking time, or the court will be cancelled automatically. Same-day court booking needs to be paid in 30 mins after customers contact CAN Sports Center, or the court will be cancelled automatically.
- All booking cancellation and/or refund will require a 24 hours’ notice. Same-day court booking is not allowed to be cancelled.
- Only proper badminton shoes or shoes have non-marking label are allowed on our courts.
- The club is not responsible for any injury, losses, and damages incurred during the use of facilities or participating in activities.
- The maximum number of people is 6 for one court.
- Non-club coaches or multi-shuttle training are not allowed at the club.
- Please keep the courts clean, any drink and food are not allowed in the courts.
- Please change your shoes before entering the club.
- Lost and found items will only be kept for 2 weeks.
- Smoking or e-cigarettes is not allowed in the club.
- Pets are not allowed in the club.
- We will adjust your court numbers according to the specific operational situation.
- All bookings must be made through Skedda only.
- Reservations via other systems will be removed and resulting losses will not be reimbursed.
- Can Sports Center reserves the right of final interpretation of all policies.
Private lesson:
- All lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will result in the lesson being checked in as scheduled.
- CAN Sports Center is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using the facilities or participating in activities.
- If CAN Sports Center needs to change the originally scheduled class time, parents or students will be notified in advance. Otherwise, classes will proceed as originally scheduled. This policy includes all holidays and festivals—any absences during these periods will be handled according to standard procedures.
- Private lesson coaches will be assigned based on the student’s level. In the event of a coach’s resignation or personal leave, student can ask for another coach of the same level to substitute or pay for the difference for other level coach.
- Private lessons must be purchased in a package of 10 sessions. No additional discounts apply. Full payment is required before lessons begin.
- Trial lesson policy: During the trial period, students/parents may purchase one single session, which must be paid at least 24 hours before the trial. If satisfied, this session can be counted as part of the 10-session package. Note: If students ask for a different coach after the first trial, a second trial lesson must also be paid for. If the trial lesson is paid but the student does not attend, the payment is non-refundable and cannot be converted to credits.
- Only the registered student is allowed to attend the class. No additional students are permitted.
- In the event of unexpected situations (e.g., illness), a valid doctor’s note must be provided. Otherwise, the missed session will be counted as attended and the session will be checked in.
- If a student withdraws, the remaining tuition can only be converted into credits to be held in the student’s account.
- Parents are kindly asked to wait outside during the class. If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact the front desk or speak with the coach after class.
- Photos or videos may be taken during training sessions. CAN Sports Center reserves the right to use all such media and retains all associated image rights.
- For invoices, please keep your receipt and request the invoice at the front desk within 30 days of payment. Requests made after 30 days may be declined.
- Can Sports Center reserves the right of final interpretation.
Team Training:
- All lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Can Sports Center is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using the facilities or participating in activities.
- If the center needs to adjust the original class schedule, students or parents will be notified in advance. Otherwise, classes will proceed as scheduled. This includes all holidays and public festivals—absences during these times will be handled according to standard procedures.
- To cancel a scheduled class, please notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will be considered as class attended, and the session will be deducted accordingly.
- In the case of emergencies (e.g., illness), a valid doctor’s note is required; otherwise, the session will still be counted as attended and charged normally.
- Class level for group training cannot be self-selected. Coaches will assign students to appropriate classes based on skill level, subject to a mandatory assessment (quick test) by our coaching staff.
- Coaches reserve the right to group students during class. Parents are not allowed to interfere with group placements.
- Group class packages must be used within the designated timeframe. Missed sessions not made up before the end date will be forfeited, and no make-up classes will be arranged afterward.
- Group class discounts apply only to students enrolling in a full semester program. Students joining mid-semester are not eligible for any discounts and must pay the remaining tuition at the regular per-class rate.
- Group classes are for students aged 22 and under only. Please refer to the pricing sheet for course fees. Payment must be made before the course begins.
- Trial classes: Students may purchase a single trial class for their first session, which must be paid for in advance. If satisfied, the trial can be counted toward the full program.
Note: If the student wishes to change class levels and retake a trial, a second trial fee is also required. - Group class packages and seats are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other students.
- To ensure skill development and consistent progress, HP-level students are required to register for 3 sessions per week, and Team A students must register for 2 sessions per week.
- Make-up classes for group training must be completed within the same semester. Please notify the front desk at least 24 hours before your make-up session.
- After the semester ends, missed or unused sessions will not be made up or converted to credits, unless the absence was due to competition or cancellation by the center—in such cases, credit may be granted.
- If a student withdraws mid-semester, remaining tuition can only be converted into credit stored in the student’s account.
- Parents must wait outside the training area during class. If there are any questions or suggestions, please contact the front desk or speak with the coach after class.
- All coach assignments are determined by the coaching team and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Each group class student will receive one free team uniform.
- Group class participants must be official members of Can Sports Center.
- All group class students must agree to represent Can Sports Center in official competitions.
- All players must comply with Can Sports Center’s rules and regulations.
If a player violates team rules set by the center or coaches, Can Sports Center reserves the right to suspend their team eligibility. - All students are expected to respect each other and help create an inclusive and friendly learning environment.
Any form of physical aggression (including but not limited to fighting, pushing, or threatening behavior) is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension from classes. - Photos or videos may be taken during training. Can Sports Center reserves the right to use all such media and holds full image and usage rights.
- To request an invoice, please keep your receipt and apply at the front desk within 30 days of payment. Requests after the 30-day period may be declined.
