  1. In-depth knowledge and skills in badminton, including a mastery of techniques, strategies, and rules.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with students and parents, explaining training plans and progress.
  3. Teaching ability, to effectively instruct and mentor students, creating personalized training plans based on different ages and skill levels.
  4. The capability to collaborate with other coaches, club management, and team members to provide a comprehensive coaching experience.
  5. Having the ability to motivate and inspire students to improve their skills and performance.
  6. Playing experience, coaches with competitive badminton playing experience may be more attractive, as they can share practical game experience and tactics.
  7. The ability to develop training plans, organize matches, and ensure the effective utilization of training facilities.
  8. Adherence to coaching ethical guidelines, including respect and honesty, to ensure good educational and sportsmanship values.
  1. Knowledge of the e-commerce field, including online sales, digital marketing, and electronic payment methods.
  2. Product Management: to manage online product inventory, pricing, listing and delisting.
  3. Familiarity with digital advertising, social media marketing, and search engine optimization to promote the online store.
  4. Customer Service, Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, handling returns, and refunds, etc
  5. Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions and improve sales strategies.
  6. Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce.
  7. Content Management: Creating and updating product listing, descriptions, and images to ensure accurate and appealing online store content.
  8. Handling customer orders to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
  9. Collaborating with suppliers, logistics, partner to maintain the supply chain, order processes and collaborate.

  11. Business Acumen: Understanding the e-commerce market and competitive landscape to formulate strategies to improve sales and profitability.
